Questions people ask before they register
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. They point their phone camera at the QR code or click the link sent to them and our guest page opens in their browser. Nothing to install, on any phone.
Do guests have to sign up or make an account?
No. No account, no email, no password. Scan, upload, done. That’s the whole thing.
How long does it take to set up?
About 2 minutes from creating your event to having a QR code you can send out or get printed.
How many guests can upload?
As many as you like. There’s no limit on how many people join in, and there’s no per-guest fee.
What happens if someone uploads a photo I don't want?
You can remove any photo or video from the gallery yourself, at any time, from your event library.
Can I download everything afterwards?
Yes, the full event at full resolution, in one download (zip file). Not compressed, not screenshot quality.
How long do the photos stay available?
For our single event plan, you have 3 months from your event to upload and download everything at full resolution. Download your copy before this time and it’s yours to keep, permanently.
